How to claim back your Wallet Savings
I have now been waiting for my Money back for 20 Days now

I will ring Utilita tomorrow (Monday 30th) if I do not get any updates to when it will be sorted, I am asking for the Ombudsman Name/Address as 20 Days to not even have my money back is too long to wait
This is disgusting

Thank you for sending me your details in a private mail. This has been escalated to the App Team for investigation and I should have an update for you before the end of the day.

I will stay in touch via our private mail - and also publish a public resolution for the rest of our members who may be experiencing the issue as soon as I get an official resolution.
