Quite often you'll be asked for your Customer Refence Number when filling in forms, giving meter reads, or registering for the app.
How do I find my Customer Reference number?
You can usually find your customer reference number at the top of any letter we send that is to do your your electricity and/or gas account.
However if you do not have one to hand, you can click here to find it by popping in a few simple details (email address linked to your account or phone number)
