    Whenever I topup either from my savings or bank account I notice that a small amount is deducted when the top-up is applied what are those charges for?

    Thanks for your post!

    Usually this will happen if there is an existing debt balance on the meter - so if you've gone into or over your emergency credit, or if you have used friendly credit over an evening or weekend period. I'll send you a Direct Message to request some more information from you, and once I have that information, I'll be in touch further with some real time information on what's happened in recent times for you specifically!

    @PeteC Thank you for your response.When ever I top up there is always a balance of more than £2.00 So I was curious what this charges are?
    When I say small amounts it varies sometimes it will be £015p, someday it will be £0.60p never seen being deducted above £1.00.
