Hi everyone,

A very warm welcome to the Utilita Community. I’m Rebecca and I am your Community Manager 😃👋

It’s my job as Community Manager to help make sure our Community is a welcoming, friendly and supportive place for you – I am always happy to help and am here weekdays.

So, a little more about me – I have worked for Utilita for 10 years, and absolutely love working here. I have always had a passion for Customer Experience. In my spare time, I love to watch re-runs of F.R.I.E.N.D.S, cook, and I’ve been a skier since the age of 11. I enjoy chick-flick classic films such as Legally Blonde and The Devil Wears Prada, however I am also a massive fan of Marvel films!

Please note, I am currently away until April 2026 - please note, my stand in Community Managers are; @PeteC, @WilliamB and @Dean.

Please do be sure to reach out to them should you need anything. You can either private message them directly - or they will reply to any new posts you post on the Community if other members do not jump in to help you.

Hi my name is Debbie.I have been a Utilita customer for nearly 3 years now.I am mum of 2 teenage daughters.I enjoy doing some DIY.I like to watch reality TV shows.My favourite is I'm a celebrity get me out of here and The Real Housewives.I enjoy spending time socialising with family and friends.

So delighted to have you as a member of our brand new Utilita Community! 3 years is a very long time, and we really do value you as a loyal customer! How wonderful, I also love doing DIY, I currently have replaced the internal doors in my home, and am in the middle of priming and painting them all, it never seems to end - then all the door frames are starting to look yellow now the doors are freshly white, so they are next! I do love it though and it's a great task to do whilst we are all locked in! I'm a Celeb is so good isn't it!? Jordan is my favorite, he makes me giggle!

As mentioned, I am thrilled to have you as a member, and look forward to chatting and getting to know you more! 🙂
