    So delighted to have you as a member of our brand new Utilita Community! 3 years is a very long time, and we really do value you as a loyal customer! How wonderful, I also love doing DIY, I currently have replaced the internal doors in my home, and am in the middle of priming and painting them all, it never seems to end - then all the door frames are starting to look yellow now the doors are freshly white, so they are next! I do love it though and it's a great task to do whilst we are all locked in! I'm a Celeb is so good isn't it!? Jordan is my favorite, he makes me giggle!

    Hi, I’m Simon and have been with Utilita for a long time now,maybe 3/4years and have never had an issue that hasn’t been resolved in good time but this last one seems to be swaying my confidence in them,I haven’t been able to see my balance or top up via the app,and it’s been over a week now,I spent over an hour via live chat waiting to speak to someone about only to be told they were aware and should be resolved soon,that was 2 days ago now and just wondered if anyone else is having the same issue??

    @Rebecca i must be a sad get browsing utilita in the early hours ..with an amputation recently i will blame the meds ..so Bots must want to save energy so i will release my tip right now and for the money saved you can thank me later or iam always up for a massarge ..here goes its simple ..TURN THE BOILER OFF ON THE WALL ...NOT THE BOILER BUTTONS ..THE MAINS POWER THAT POWERS THE BOILER...DO A TEST RUN WITH IT ON LIKE YOUVE ALWAYS USED AND CHECK THE SAVINGS YOU GET 4 ONE WEEK AFTER YOU SWITCH IT OFF ( THIS SHOULD SHOW SAVINGS AND IN A YEAR ITS AROUND 70 POUNDS..oooohhhhhhh ..massarge a plenty i feel with the force coming my way
