Has anyone had their ebs payment yet? its November now and I haven't recieved any payments at all.

@Jane68 Thanks for confirming Jane, the following protocol apply if you are on any form of direct debit:
Credit - fixed direct debit
Once we have received your direct debit successfully, we will refund the EBSS payment amount directly back to your bank account.
If you are fixed direct debit customer, we will take your direct debit payment as usual. If your direct debit is lower than the EBSS payment amount, we will refund the direct debit and the rest of the EBSS payment will remain as credit on your account.
Variable direct debit
If you pay by variable direct debit, we will apply the credit directly to your bill, and this will reduce the variable direct debit amount by the appropriate monthly EBSS payment amount. -
@Jane68 no not recieved mine either I keep ringing them up and yesterday got told its not been sent out as its still under review god nos. What that means and I really need it

@Jane68 no not had mine utilita said they not released mine as its under review don't no what they meant by that but its a joke and thought it went out to every one but they won't send mine
