I can confirm we have recently rolled out a fix for those that have IHDs that do not show data and are on SMETS 1 meter types which all our call centre agents are able to resolve, on this occasion if you are able to DM your account details I will be able to feed this back into the business to have someone look into what meters you have and have an agent assist you.

Our customer service team now has a fix for the Smart Displays not connecting and will be able to help assist you to get this reconnected as you will need to speak to an agent in order to get this resolved,
