Could anyone help please my Utilita app isn’t working and I need to transfer some of my warm home discount over to my gas. Have tried deleting app and reinstalling, when I go on the app it is just showing the logo of app and version it allows me to allow notifications then nothing . Thanks

Thanks for your post.
I'd recommend clearing the cache on the app - the way to do this varies by phone make and model, but if you Google "Clear app cache for xxx phone" it should tell you how to do this. Then uninstall and reinstall the app and log in again.

@PeteC Sorry to be a pain I have done what you suggested and still nothing , tried it with a few other apps too make sure I was doing it right and they worked. Do you think there is a problem with the app ?, had it for six years and never a problem before. On the plus side rang Utilita and they transferred some credit over for me, and I am still able to top up on the website
