My payment is showing on my smart meter but not on my app. I wanted to split the payment so half went on my gas.

Thanks for your posts - we're aware we had an outage on the app this morning, but I'm led to believe that that has now been fixed! With the Warm Home Discount going out to so many customers, it's been very busy on our systems this morning, so please accept my apologies for the inconvenience!

We're aware of a slow transfer time when you're transferring your credit across - we've been incredibly busy in the last 24 hours after paying the Warm Home Discount, and it's taken a bit of a toll on our systems - it will go through, it may just take a little longer than we'd like to at the moment - I'm really sorry!
