Thanks for getting in touch. I appreciate how important it is to know where things stand.
If you’re in England or Wales, the Department for Work and Pensions will already have notified all eligible households, so if you haven’t received anything yet, it’s likely you haven’t been identified as eligible this year.
If you’re in Scotland, it works a little differently.
- Core group customers will already have received their notification.
- Broader group customers verified by the DWP are placed into a random selection process.
- This random selection is scheduled to take place in January, so you may still hear back if you fall into this category (At this time we do not have an exact date in January - but hope to align this for when payments start to be made for those in core groups).
