    Hi All

    My SMETS1 meter was updated on Monday 8th of September. And ever since then I’ve had an issues with my Gas Meter on the Utilita App.

    It won’t update or refresh the balance or usage, with a statement saying : We are working on getting you a more accurate balance - the balance above is over 18 days old.

    i have submitted meter reading from the gas meter on Saturday 13th September, that’s not worked. I have tried to add money from my savings to top up the gas, as I never like being below a certain amount, it wouldn’t let me. I tried topping up with money from my card, again, it wouldn’t let me.

    Can someone please advise me of how this can be resolved?!

    Hi @NikkiCarr

    There are a few things this might be but should be something that can be fixed. We'd recommend reading our recent update on migrating meters and contacting our Live Chat team through our website so they can check if there may be an issue with the meter communication.
