    Hi I withdrew £40 from savings to put £20 on my gas and £20 on my electric. It took the money off my £51 savings but hasn't put it on my meters and it is now disappeared. Please can you help.

    Now I got the email of the £20 for electric and £20 for gas but it's not on my meters yet
    Problem solved now. Money on my meters.
