When does warm home discount go on for the gas has I'm struggling with payments

The second payments will reach customers between 21st to the 28th Jan - as they are paid in batches where we have many customers meters we have to credit - we cannot guarantee a specific day.

Yea I don't get payed till the end if the month this is why I was asking when the payment goes on
