You sound extremely positive despite that fact - and it's super exciting to hear that you are into tech. I am envious of your new iPad - I have an iPad Air from 2015 which is still serving me well. How is the new one you have?
Wow, I have experienced the Microsoft and Apple Communities and they are great, lots of content where they have been long established - and you taking part in testing sounds extremely interesting. Here on our Community, it is relatively new, we have been fully launched for a couple of months now and now have just over 800 members which is great, and we are growing by the day. Eventually we will want to test new products/services/future app capabilities and so on. It's fabulous to know that we have a keen tester who is in to tech like yourself.
Really nice to meet you and I, as well as the rest of the Community really look forward to hearing more from you. Feel free to jump in and answer fellow member questions if you see them being posted. I would also love to hear feedback on the Community if and when you have any, and any suggestions are always welcome! π€

I'm Tammy,
I've recently joined Utilita and so far I have to say I'm impressed!
By day I am a wedding planner & Venue Stylist, which I love (it's stressful, but worth it) and by night I'm a wife, mum. And exhausted wedding planner & Venue stylist! π
I have 4 kids, 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs a rabbit and a hamster... it sometimes feels like a petshop, or a zoo at dinner time around here!

Hi Pola, as long as we have supplied your electric from 4th July 2021 you are eligible to apply for the Warm Home Discount as long as you apply within 11th August - 18th August, you can do this on line.

@Rebecca the install went fine but when they installed the smart prepayment gas meter it was on credit mode i asked the engineer if it will change to payg mode he said once it connects to the system it will. will this change to payg mode within 24 hours ? my hobbies are fitness and gaming i also love technology

@Rebecca yeah its past the 24 hours and still in credit mode i spoke to customer service yesterday they said it could take 2 or 3 days to change but they think theres a communication issue so theyve booked an engineer for tomorrow to do a communication check.

@Rebecca the engineer appointment was rescheduled as the engineer had to attend an emergency job which took him out of my area ive asked customer service if they are recieving communucation from my meters but they wont tell me anything :( and the gas meter is still in credit mode when it should be in payg mode

@ScottishBoy24 Hello! You should have that rescheduled as you have quite rightly mentioned. When is the date moved to? All that will happen is you will be safe on credit mode (which we enable for your benefit so you do not go off supply at any point during the time your communications are not 100% right). As soon as you have the engineer visit on the rescheduled appointment this will be sorted out! π I hope this makes sense?
