@Rebecca the engineer has been rescheduled again to monday between 9am and 1pm this is becoming a massive inconvenience im having to stay in all the time for an engineer that doesnt turn up how do i raise a complaint ?

@Rebecca I have been very ill lately I've got COPD disease and a bad kidney infection but luckily it has been really hard as I'd only just returned to my job as a food quality inspection controller at sisters foods in RF Brookes in Rogerstone, I thought great after a terrible 6-8 years of nursing my mam through dementia she passed a few years ago I've dragged my feet but my mental health is bipolar but I'm medicated and doing well however now with the help of my specialists I would like to go back to work but it's looking unlikely now due to the COPD I'm gutted but my health has to come first so I'm taking care of myself and I'm moving to a lovely house though so onwards and upwards thanks

@Terrytomlinson hiya - we have a post coming this week explaining more the reasons behind the price increase. We have our energy high5 as well as smart score to help our customers save as much money and energy as possible. In addition - we have just paid out the second Warm Home Discount grant to all eligible customers. π

Hi
I have been with Utilita a year now and am pleased with the service. I do have a problem though, with the savings facility. I saved my target of Β£100, and when I tried to use my savings to top up it works fine on the gas but not the electric. I have to top up gas then ring up Utilita customer service to get it transferred to electric. I do not always have time to do that. This problem has been reported three times by phone but has never been resolved. It has made me distrustful of the savings plan.

It's so helpful receiving feedback like this, as it allows us to take this away and investigate it to see if it's account specific or across the whole of the app within the savings part.

I have been to both Glasgow and Edinburgh - and I have to say, I find Glasgow to have more charm, the people of Glasgow are so so friendly and made me feel so welcome! π Edinburgh is undeniably beautiful though and the people there are also very nice.
