i have just had a smart meter installed, but my smart display will not connect to my electric meter. i have it directly by the meter but still no joy. the engineer plugged it in and said it would take few minuets to connect, that was 6 hours ago, it has also said in the screen 'not commissioned'. any ideas.

@eliza Hello Eliza! Oh nooo - it seems we've only just tackled the last hurdle we have got sorted with your meters.
I am sorry to hear this, I have picked this up and am liaising with the Tech Team in our Metering Department to get this looked into and escalated.
I will report back accordingly as soon as I have something on this.

@eliza Can you go to the main electric smart meter and push B (blue button) and see what it says on the screen - it should say 'commission mode' or 'not commissioned' - once I know this, I can then take the next step for you.

@eliza I am so pleased you managed to get through Eliza - I was in contact with someone in our Tech Department to instruct you accordingly but speaking to someone direct on the phone is much easier in some cases that are complex like this one.
