I have been trying to contact utilita since friday. we had a couple of power cuts and the electric meter went off, it came back on but has nothing on the screen so i cant top it up with my electric key, i have tried the customer care number and the live agent on line. any suggestions as to what i can do. i am currently on hold on the phone and on line
