I still have not received my vouchers towards energy. Have called many times, spoke to 2 people to no avail. Also I have been on hold for over 1 hour one day the next day 1hr and half on hole . This is unacceptable this will be expensive.. are utilita going to pay my phone bill.
I would not recommend utilita to anyone ever and I will be leaving as the company is a disgrace.
