    Worst Customer Service Line I've ever had the misfortune of Dealing with all I want is to Talk to a Human Being on how to Generate the Barcodes for the Vouchers so I can redeem them at a Paypoint, I'm getting fed up with being on hold for over an hour then being cut off I'm close to switching supplier cause of how stressful they make it.

    @Dexta1977 Sorry to hear this, our wait time for the contact centre to get through to an agent is 36 minutes - which I do appreciate is high. As the weather gets colder, the phone lines get very busy.

    Can you private mail me your customer ref number using the link in my signature so I can pass this case to a customer experience agent?

    @Rebecca my Customer Ref Number is 8138020288 and your customer phone lines are always busy it doesn't matter what the weather is like, have you ever tried ringing them yourself the last few times I've tried I've been In a que for over an hour and then it just hangs up on you it's so stressful all I want is help to redeem my vouchers I've received via email but when I open them there is no Barcode generated to be able to cash in at a paypoint, thanks for getting in touch your the first even though I've sent about 10 emails now.
