My vouchers were rejected at the paypoint and my smart meter gets installed tomorrow. Can I transfer them to that instead?
got 3 unused ones. -
@Morven05 Hi there - if they have not been redeemed then you can ring our contact centre after the install has happened and get the previous months EBSS payments vended to your meter and then any future month EBSS payments after this will automatically get put straight onto your meter. π€

Hi, hope someone can help. I have sent 4 emails and tried calling 5 times holding for over 20minutes trying to get an answer regarding the warm homes vouchers. I have only received 1 vouchers in October? Regards Paula

Every UK household is entitled to 6 monthly vouchers to help with the energy prices and only 1 payment has been made?
The government site says the vouchers are paid every month between October and March.
Why have the vouchers not been received from Utilita? -
@Paula1945 Hello there - Ok so you so that is not the Warm Home Vouchers, that is the Energy Bills Support Payments - all the information on this can be found here - depending on whether you are on a smart meter, old legacy meter or pay by direct debit - as it will affect and change how you receive your monthly payments.
