    I’ve been trying to contact utilita for days now regarding problems with cashing in my £66 voucher but had no luck speaking with anybody

    They are a nightmare to get hold of is it both gas and electric do you know

    @Debs Hello both! If you are not on a smart meter and instead an older legacy pay-as-you-go meter, then please see helpful info below:

    If you Pay As You Go and you don’t have a smart meter:
    If you don’t have a smart meter, you’ll receive energy credit vouchers for you to redeem in PayPoint shops. These will be issued from the first week of each month, and you’ll need to redeem these at your usual PayPoint store.

    So that we can make sure you get your vouchers, please check your contact details are correct. You can do this by calling us, but the easiest way to update your account is with the My Utilita app. Follow these simple steps and your account will be updated automatically:


    1. Download the app - Download My Utilita from the App Store or Google Play using the links below.

    2. Create an account
    - Use your account details, including your Customer Reference Number to create a My Utilita account.

    3. Update your details
    - Select 'Account' from the bottom menu, then 'Account' again to update your contact details and preferences.

    @Rebecca i have a smart meter for electricity and recieved the £66 but i have the older style gas meter but have been told i wont get a viucher for that

    @Debs- Hi, yes its £66 per month and it goes to electric 😀 I would strongly recommend booking a smart meter install for your gas - if you have a smart meter you can move some of the credit over to the gas meter once it's smart. You would need to ring in for an advisor to do the credit changes though. You can book a smart meter install for your gas by clicking here.
