Hi, Iβm Simon and have been with Utilita for a long time now,maybe 3/4years and have never had an issue that hasnβt been resolved in good time but this last one seems to be swaying my confidence in them,I havenβt been able to see my balance or top up via the app,and itβs been over a week now,I spent over an hour via live chat waiting to speak to someone about only to be told they were aware and should be resolved soon,that was 2 days ago now and just wondered if anyone else is having the same issue??

@Rebecca i must be a sad get browsing utilita in the early hours ..with an amputation recently i will blame the meds ..so Bots must want to save energy so i will release my tip right now and for the money saved you can thank me later or iam always up for a massarge ..here goes its simple ..TURN THE BOILER OFF ON THE WALL ...NOT THE BOILER BUTTONS ..THE MAINS POWER THAT POWERS THE BOILER...DO A TEST RUN WITH IT ON LIKE YOUVE ALWAYS USED AND CHECK THE SAVINGS YOU GET 4 ONE WEEK AFTER YOU SWITCH IT OFF ( THIS SHOULD SHOW SAVINGS AND IN A YEAR ITS AROUND 70 POUNDS..oooohhhhhhh ..massarge a plenty i feel with the force coming my way
