Hi, my app isn't showing me balances, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but to no success.
Any idea how I fix this? -

I can see that you have already spoken to @Cat in another Thread about this and that this has been passed on to our Complaints Team who will be in touch in due course, The community itself is not manned by any customer service staff and is a peer to peer platform for member to member help,

Complaints team have rung me and didn't mention it, and it slipped my mind as I had an upset 9 month old in my hands which is why I asked on here because maybe others have had same issue -

If you recall in your previous thread I mentioned the app can take up to 3 weeks to fully update. As I am aware you are going away in 2 weeks I would advise to contact customer services who can raise an app enquiry to do a health check of the app. If nothing is flagged up then you may notice it begin to update while you are away. If you do decide to contact customer services the number is 0330 333 7442 and they are available Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Sat 8am-5pm. You can also try the live chat option by clicking here and live chat is highlighted in blue.
