Hi, could anybody help please..

I have just taken pictures of both gas & elec meters..
which readings is the actual number needed as there were quite a few readings after pressing 9, & then after that finished i pressed 6..

Make sure you select yesterday's date for the meter reading 😀 as it was the last day before the price cap increase.

yes it's a lovely day here to..
I'm blind as a bat as I didn't see that selection..
but have just resent it & did the date for when i got the meter readings..
I have pictures to show when they were taken..

@Missemms So pleased you managed to get it sorted and submitted! So important as we only want you to be charged for the energy you use - especially just before the price cap goes up.
