Hi, can you advise how will I get my balances back after leaving Utilita for another supplier?

Any remaining credit after leaving supply will usually be sent back via a cheque and is an automated process if you wish to check the status on this then our Call Centres on 03303337442 or Live Chat Here will be able to assist you further.

As this is an automated process I am unsure the exact time frame,
In regards to the wait times our call centres are seeing increased calls due to the recent Price Cap increase but an agent will be able to assist you with this.
The Community is not manned by any customer service staff,

Hi, just a quick update on this. I contacted customer services and was advised 14 working days is how long I need to wait to receive a cheque in the post. After this period the cheque has not arrived so I spent another hour waiting to speak to someone who said I will need to wait ANOTHER 14 working days to receive the cheque and no reason was given for the delay. If there was an automated process this would not have happened. It is very disappointing I am having to go though all this to get the money back that I am simply owed.
