I’m having serious financial trouble and my gas emergency ran out this evening and the electric will be off my morning . I don’t get paid for another 2 weeks or so. I have a 11 week old baby also. I dont know what to do. I tried to contact Utilita today but was waiting on live chat for a couple hours.

@Shas Hey! You won't ever be charged any interest on Power Up, it will just make you pay whatever you borrowed back at the 25% and it will only let you power up a certain amount of times over a specific period.

Nonetheless, let me get someone to give you a ring - especially as you have your young baby.

I put the last £20 I had ( 10 on each) hoping it would bring us back in to emergency for a bit longer but alas not how it works and we now have no gas and no electric and no way to make up my baby’s bottle
