Hi

ive had no heating for 5 days now and there’s no display on my unit. I got 4 different numbers to call and they all end in ‘we can’t help you on this number’ . I understand it’s a national error with the system but do we know when we can have heating again.

Neither do i and can't get any assistance from utilita your automated service is not set up correctly and western power do not deal with this!

I have the same issues Electric meter display isnt working Heaters arnt working and my over night water boiler isnt working .

I had to use facebook to get in touch with Utilita as the phone numbers wernt working .

2 engineers traveled 3 hours to my address on the 4th jan at 8.30pm to tell me the meter needs to be changed HOWEVER they dont have a meter to put in and to call back in 2 weeks time (19th jan) and hope they have some meters in stock .

My meter was reset via remote and touch wood is working well so far
