Hi can anyone help been calling untilits for 2 weeks straight waiting on phones for hours and then having to give up, sent 2 complaints and 2 emails and I've heard nothing. They sent a £30 voucher to me in October that I never received. Someone was looking into it its now December, heard nothing and can't get through to speak to them.

@LISA15 Hello! Are you on our priority service register? I would advise calling up and asking to go on that. We also have Power Up where you can apply for an interest free emergency top-up, you can pay back when you can. Also we have Emergency and Friendly Credit 😊
