Dean I have had my new smart meters (Gas & Electricity) and IHD for over 3 weeks and the IHD is still displaying not commissioned. I have called supported eacch week as the original engineer suggested I call support after 1 week if the IHD does not connect? I did call and was suggested to wait another week. I have called again with the same response but this time they suggested to move my IHD closer to the electricity meter which it is, it's in the same room. Can you please look into resolving this for me
