I wanted to post a quick polite reminder about what the Utilita Community is for - as I seem to be getting quite a lot of members directly private messaging me for Customer Service requests and help.
We set this Community Forum up for you, our customers to ask and answer each others questions and share stories, advice, socialise, suggest product improvements and more!
A polite reminder that this is not an online space that is manned by Customer Service Representatives, and is a safe and friendly place for you guys to ask and answer each others questions as knowledgeable Utilita Customers! 😀👍
