I have recently switched to Utilita, My switch is happening on Monday 4th October. However my prepayment box will not be installed until 24th November. My Question, How do I top up on Monday 4th? I have no other details, Thank you

Hi @broadbean,
You will be able to continue using the current credit amount on the meter and if you require a top up you will be able to do this with the current key and card you already possess when your install is completed on the 4th then you will receive new top up cards and will also be able to top up on our app.
