I'm embarrassed to say I'm currently on emergency gas & I've run out of emergency electric.
thankfully friendly credit has kept my electric on, but I know that goes off at 10am tomorrow/Tuesday.
I am hoping to get some money soon so I can repay my friendly & emergency credit, but in the meantime I'm worrying about my electric going off.
so I was wondering...when my friendly credit ends at 10am on Tuesday will my electric go off for good? I'm mean until I repay my friendly & emergency credit.
Or will my electric come back on when friendly credit restarts at 2pm tomorrow/Tuesday? In other words I'd only be without electric between 10am & 2pm every weekday...until i can buy credit. Is that right?
is there a limit to how much in the minus your electric can get before it cuts off the electric?

Thanks for your message - we can absolutely help you!

Your friendly credit will end at 10am this morning, and won't be able to come on again until the balance for the emergency credit and the friendly credit has been paid.

However, we also have the ability to offer short term financial assistance to customers who need support with their energy costs - we can loan you some money onto your meters to clear that balance, and you pay it back through your top up's at an agreed rate. I can not thank @PeteC & @Utilita enough for your help.
I was so worried about my electric going off. Without your help I'd be without my fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, washing machine, dryer (although don't need it in this weather), computer, landline & eventually my mobile phone would die too. I had the added worried that due to this heatwave & my heat intolerance I'd get even more ill.
I'm so grateful for your help.
