How do I find out what my tariffs should be after the recent changes I've tried chat ,live chat ,email and can't seem to find an answer. It says to put postcode in to check tariffs in my area but the link doesn't work I don't think mine have been altered at all but can't find what they should be

I looked onthe app on tariffs first and I'm thinking they haven't altered so on the app there was a page I went on to put my postcode in for my area to check what the tariffs are but when I put the postcode in nothing happened

@Valerieg Is it just showing the old rates or showing nothing? Like a blank screen?

I'm not sure if the rates are the old ones or the new ones i looked at the rates on the 28th march then again on 1st April and they were the same and are still the same now so I don't know if they changed before the 1st April or not

@Rebecca I don't know it they're the old rates or not this is what I'm trying to find out if the rates didn't change until the 1st of April then I think mine haven't changed
