Since the big update my power up option hasn't worked. I have contacted utilita 7 or 8 ti.es about this to be told at first they would send someone to look at my meter then they cancelled that now they are saying they are looking at it as its not working for others too...I just wanna be able to use this option if im struggling without having to ring or start a chat and be left on hold for an hour

@Cala i tried to power up, spoke to someone on X it was like a police Interrogation, she told me 'we don't have to help you' and still didnt get the help i needed

Wow thats rude! Did you put in a complaint? ...I've been trying to get this fixed since the big update they did and still waiting!!

I also have the same problem and its been going on for months now. everytime i ring i have to spend 20 minutes to get through to somebody and they never address the problem. and also still waiting for in home display. after having new meters fitted and asking 5 times now.
