    The difference between your app and IHD readings usually happens when the app hasn’t received recent updates from your meter. The message about the balance being 912 days old suggests the app is showing historic data rather than the latest information.
    Here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Refresh the app – Log out and back in, or clear the cache if possible.
    2. Check your meter connection – Ensure your smart meter is communicating correctly with the network.
    3. If the issue persists, please send us your account details via private message so we can investigate and update your balance manually.
