    Hi, i wonder if anyone can help please.
    Since Utilita migrated smart meter to the latest version, the My Usage feature no longer displays the daily usage in pound sterling. KwH is still showing.
    I do want to keep track of it so i'd appreciate if someone can give me advice how to fix this or if Utilita are working on it.
    I have already uninstalled and reinstalled my Utilita App on my phone but still same.

    Hi @Lrp030,

    Utilita's IT team pushed a fix for this, this was pushed through about a month ago.
    Can you try logging out and then updating your app via your phones App store and once updated log back into the app.

    Please let me know if this resolves the issues.

    @Dean thanks for your quick reply.
    I auto update for this App enabled. Can't find the option to manually update the App so have just uninstalled and reinstalled it again. The version is 3.26.1.1615 (same as before) so can you confirm this is the correct version and it should work? My phone has Android version 14 (One UI version 6.1).

    I have just checked again since reinstall. Still nkt showing usage in £

    If this is still not working then a IT ticket will need to be raised for you account to do so you will have to speak with an agent - I have sent you a DM requesting your contact details so that I can raise this for you
