The my utilita app isn’t tracking my electricity correctly. The amount on the meter is completely different, it wouldn’t let me activate emergency credit(I think that was due to friendly hours though hopefully) and the statistic usage page is missing multiple days almost a full week. I’ve deleted the app, unlinked the account, relinked and reinstalled. Nothing. Please fix this. Also I need a new in home display. Mine broke.

Thanks for getting in touch! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your app and In Home Display.
I'd recommend giving our customer service team a call to discuss this further - they're best placed to get these kind of issues resolved quickly, and either order you a new IHD or even get your meters exchanged if there's a deeper issue happening. Customer services can be contacted on 0330 333 7442 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm Saturday.

@PeteC I can’t call as the mic on my phone is water damaged so it doesn’t pick up my voice. I’ve signed out, deleted the app then redownloaded and signed back in. That didn’t work. I’ve noticed a good amount of people having this issue. Is there anything going on/any way to fix this?
