Hello. I've been having issues with My Utilita app. I am not receiving any notifications regarding smart meter readings and because of that I ran out of supply a few times. I tried to fix it by reinstalling the app. I also restarted notifications on my phone. Still not receiving any notifications. And for me it is a serious issue because I have a child under 10 years and running out of supply means that I don't have heating and/or hot water.
