Hi anyone having problems with the usage page on app showing no information just blank, been like that for some time now

Have checked but no more updates.
Problem is
Usage page on app is blank no information.
Been like this for a few weeks -

We've moved your new post into this thread to keep everything in the same place. We've put out the update to give some general information about these app issues that we're aware of and working on.
As you've checked your app is up to date and its been a few weeks since the problem started I'd recommend contacting our customer service teams on Live Chat so we can investigate your account specifically. You can find the chat box in the bottom right hand corner of the page on our main website. -

@JacobCX Hi No information have not done live chat as there is an update planed fot to day, akso not happy about waiting.
but so far still same problem, no information showing on usage -

I'm sorry to hear there hasn't been any change. The metering update is a national program and not specific to Utilita. As this is a large technical upgrade it will take time for all meters to be correctly configured and some meters take longer than others for this to be completed.
If you have a GEO in home device which you can connect to your home wifi you may find that this improves the function of the app. Our Live Chat teams will be available if you need any direct assistance.
