I cleaned my monitor with a damp cloth after I topped up I tapped the screen to see what was on my meters and it won't light up,it's connected to the WiFi and power supply it's just not lighting up but the two green lights are on anyone had the same problem.

This is not something I have come across before. Potentially, the moisture from the cloth may have damaged the electrics, causing the screen not to work. As this is quite a specific issue, I would advise calling our customer services on 0330 333 7442 and one of our advisors will be able to try and troubleshoot the IHD, and advise further on this.

@WilliamB the monitor is still working it's just if I tap the screen it doesn't light up but the two green lights on the top are still green and if I unplug it and plug it in the screen lights up and then goes off,I also changed the batteries, the cloth wasn't wet enough to do any damage I have cleaned it in the past never had a problem, I have to clean it from time to time as it's kept in the kitchen because the cable is connected to my meter and the meters are in the kitchen.

Hi @Franca61,

It may be where the device has become faulty. If you give our customer services a call on the number above, they will be able to try and troubleshoot the issue to get the device working again. If this doesn't work then they may be able to send out a new IHD to replace the old one if it is defective.
