Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve been having with your In-Home Display. It’s understandably frustrating, especially after all the steps you’ve already taken to try and resolve it.
Since your IHD is located near both smart meters and you've attempted to connect it to the Zigbee network using the engineer code, we’d like to look into this further for you.
