    I'm sorry to hear this I have just checked our website and can confirm the LiveChat is working, and there has been no issues or downtime, Can you confirm that you are using the correct webpage, additionally check to see if you have an Programs or apps stopping the page from loading?

    I have just double checked with several other agents and a customer and can confirm the live chat is currently up and available, Can you provide some more details what link are you using to access the service, are you on a phone browser - has this browser been updated or are you on a desktop.

    Hi Giraffe6, I've confirmed that the service did not go down yesterday with the team and they believe that this is a localised issue affecting just yourself, as its localised it could be that your Internet service provider is stopping you from access this. Are you using a VPN or anything, are you able to provide screenshots?

    We will need to troubleshoot this due to it only affecting yourself.

    Thank god I have other people saying this about the chat and not being to access it! I posted it last week and I still can't get on! Someone from utilita replied on here to me saying that there was NO problem with the chat and it's working perfectly and it's probably something only localised to me and probably an internet server issue!!! It's still saying "chat services are unavailable at this time" is this what you guys are seeing?!?!

    Hi Like the person above to troubleshoot this we will need much more information, Are you using a VPN, What is your Internet service provider, how are you trying to access the Live chat? in order to work out what is causing the issue we need more information, can you also provide screenshots?

    @Deani spoke with someone on here who I explained it too. I e tried accessing it through the app, through Google and through chrome websites and I've unstalled and then re-installed the app and I've even rebooted my WiFi router it's exactly the same over and over the same message "our chat services are unable at this time" it's working fine for everything but this its a joke especially as you can't get hold of customer service on the phone I was holding over an hour the other day just to get disconnected!!! So so so angry 😡😡😡

    Unfortunately we will still require a lot more information to look into this, could you send me direct messages with the models of phones , the operating systems, Your internet service providers and some screenshots.
