Thank you for your question this depends on the type of SMETS 2 Meter you currently have we are able to take on the majority of customers with SMETS 2 meters, I would advise you speak to our switching team on 0345 207 2000 and one of our agents will be able to confirm if we can take on the supply or not.

@Dean thanks, I tried over the phone but gave up after spending over 1/2 hr on hold after a bordering on rude Scottish man just placed me on hold half way through me speaking. Not a good start. I have no option other than payg on your quote system.
