Does anyone know how to programme a Honeywell T3 thermostat? My flat is all electricity and I can't figure out how to get this thermostat thing to work my heating properly. For example I thought I had it set to come on at 10.30pm and it didn't. It's now come on at 2.25am. I only moved in last week and I'm struggling to figure out this system as my previous flat was gas heating. Hoping someone can help as ive looked at online videos etc and I seem to be doing everything right but it's still not doing it the way I want to.

@Maria1979k Thanks for confirming. As your energy supplier, it would be very difficult for us to understand a heating system that is not made/designed by us. We would not really be obligated or equipped to comment on how it works.

This would be something for your landlord/estate agent/housing association.

As part of moving in you should have received instructions/booklets/help on how it works.

Have you contacted them in regards to this?
