Hi, newbie here! Had smart meters and IHD installed 2 weeks ago. 2 engineer visits and still not updating IHD nor app. Tried calling many times but not getting anywhere. Apparently the Smartmopps team need to get involved. Can anybody advise? Both are new type meters with excellent signals and they have been checked. Just really frustrated now and spent so much time on calls and chats it’s becoming unbearable. Thanks!

@Rebecca - I received a call yesterday and they stated they were investigating and I would receive a call back last night once he had spoken with the smartopps guys. No call back then or even today. Still no further forward. Can you give them a 'nudge' again please? Thankyou
