Hello everyone I'm not sure if any of you have been experiencing this. I have tried resetting but to no avail and live chat is just pointless with more than 1hr+ waiting time whilst keeping the window open. So I have been encountering a technical issue with my IHD I have tried resetting but it's not fully working so the electric balance shows however it's not pulling the gas data and the estimates that are usually displayed they are way off for example £5 will display estimated days left 45 and this is in a 4 people household. As for the app on my phone it doesn't show any data regarding balance or estimated days however I'm still able to use the other functions. And this has been going on for more than a month .If anyone has encountered similar problems and knows a fix I would be more than grateful for your assistance.
