    @stj2006 In regards to the usage data on your smart meters, I would advise calling into Utilita Contact Centre and reporting this, as they will have access to the back end of your account to identify and rectify whatever is causing this to be happening 😊

    I keep trying, sat in front of chat window only for it to kick me out every single time without getting to speak to anyone. It's always random lengths of time, as if when it gets answered it auto disconnects. I don't know for sure as it never shows an agent connected or any form of response. Have asked multiple times for a call back in the form you fill in, but nobody ever bothers getting back In touch. Everything says use chat, chat this chat that. A load of old chat lololol

    Msgd me again tonight about participating in power down event again. Nah.

    Im pretty sure it's because it's not one of your meters it's a smets1 and has had multiple energy accounts attached to it. My gas is a smets 2. I dont understand how you can credit my meters OTA but are unable to grab my usage data.

    I have had a msg via text asking to book in for a meter replacement, no doubt because of the above reason.

    I have also since found my IHD which has only ever worked on the electric meter, I managed to pull some data from it like last years usage data ect. I can 100% say in that month I used more electricity than I have done this month. Significantly so.

    Also my tariff in app is different to what my meter is charging meand also different to what it sates when i access my account via a desktop windows pc. When I signed up I was quoted more or less what it states on the app for the electricity, but it seems when I have signed up the first 2 kwh are approx 58p then down to approx 21p. I know this wasn't what I was quoted as my mum was with you utilita and I was looking at her IHD one day and was shocked to see no standing charge and very competitive rates, I got the quote which was only a few pennies more than what my mum was paying so but the bullet and switched. Can't find any evidence of the original quote, cest la vie.

    As far as I can tell gas meter is fine and reporting back correctly, the problem I have there is it's an old back boiler with gas fire front (decommisioned) which is probably past it's life cycle. I informed my landlord and he has agreed to get it ripped out, if I can get a grant then great, if not he said he would pay for it. That'll be for next winter though.

    Other than booking in for a new meter/meters I think that's it. Not sure there is much more to be done, little but of compensation would be nice for absolute chew on like.

    I shall not hold my breath. I will be in touch with back office In due course but no major rush now that I know what's what.
