Im having the same problem My app is saying utillita is not receiving data from my meters both gas and electricity I've tried signing out and deleted the app and redownloaded it reset my phone and signed back in at its still the saying utility is not receiving data from my meters

@Alysonukuk2003 Hi there,
This may be a communication issue from the main meter to your In-home display.
I would advise calling in to the main Utilita call centre, as they will have access to your main meter and your behind the scenes account and see what is going on that may be causing this.

@Alysonukuk2003 What is it saying when you try to load it on the App?

@Rebecca when I have redownload the new utility app and signed back everything looks on so I go and check out usage and click on smart score and in the stand by it only shows last Wednesday at 3.0 so something is really wrong
