    I have an Smart Display that shows balance and usage as it happens currently connected to WiFi since Feb 16th 2024, however its saying on my app that its not connect to wifi and that i could get the most out of it if i do.

    Its been going on for a couple of months now!

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, force stopped the app and cleared the cache on the app too. The app has had several updated and still no hope!

    Just letting everyone know just in-case you think your Smart Display isn't working properly.

    Utilita havent got a clue as to what it is as phoned them several times!

    Can I ask one more thing that I cannot see in your message that you say you have tried?

    Have you got the most up to date smart phone software on your phone - Android 14 (API 34).

    @Rebecca I'm having the same issue on my iphone 12 pro max, the app is updated, ios is updated also to the latest version, I've deleted the app, reinstalled, removed the wifi network off my in home display then reconnected, even had a replacement in home display that still connects to the wifi just fine but the utilita app says I'm not connected then I receive emails that utilita isn't able to give me a breakdown of my costs etc for the past month because my in home display isn't connected to wifi when it is?

    @Shahbaz420 Hi there! Have you called in to to Utilita Contact Centre to get this looked into?

    They will have access to the back end of your account and will be able to see what is happening and what is causing this 😊

    You can get them on 0345 207 2000.

    Im having the same issue 🤦🏼‍♀️ and my IHD is still searching for a gas account that doesn't exist. Been going on couple months now, tried all troubleshooting and called to get the IHD to stop searching I just keep being told it'll sort itself out in 48hrs. It doesn't, still hasn't! Surely these issues with IHD's and the app should be fixed by now, its obviously widespread and not just an isolated case, and has been going on for 2years judging by the date on 1st comment 🤷🏼‍♀️
