Had British Gas out yesterday to exchange my gas meter (ongoing complaint with them) - they have paired the gas meter to my comms hub and that's showing on my IHD however I have now lost the data for the Electric meter (supplied by Utilita) - is there anything that you can do or I need to do to get it working again on my IHD?
The meter is in a awkward location so having to bend down and look to see what balance I have got is a bit of a pain in the backside.
Can confirm that top-ups are working as expected, it's just not displaying and info on the IHD
